Description: Use this setting to specify the time at which the router should perform mailbox compaction.

Value is based on a 24-hour clock. For example, MailCompactHour=22 will cause compaction to initiate around 10 PM.

Default: In the absence of the setting, the router will perform mailbox compaction at 4 AM.
