DOMINO AND DB2


IBM AIX post-installation procedure
After you install and set up Domino and DB2 on IBM AIX, complete one of these post-installation procedures according to whether you are using the ksh or csh command line interface.

Resetting the environment variable using the command line window ksh

1. On the Domino server, log in as the Domino user who will start the Domino server, and then type this command to identify the DB2 instance you are using:


2. Log in as the Domino user, and then change to the data directory. Start the Domino server by typing:
3. Logged in as the Domino user, stop the Domino server by entering this command from the Domino server console:
4. As the instance owner, stop and restart the DB2 instance, by entering these commands:
5. Logged in as the Domino user, start the Domino server.

1. On the Domino server, log in as the Domino user who will start the Domino server, and then type this command to identify the DB2 instance you are using:
