Description: Specifies whether to display the Encryption Failure dialog when Notes cannot locate the public key to sign or encrypt a message:

0 - The "Don't show signature or encryption failures again and continue sending" dialog appears when Notes cannot find the public key.

1 - The "Don't show signature or encryption failures again and continue sending" dialog does not appear when Notes cannot find the public key. Notes then sends the message unsigned and/or unencrypted.

Default: None

UI equivalent: The "Don't show signature or encryption failures again and continue sending" checkbox in the Encryption Failure dialog box.
