Mail Replica Creation Options dialog box
This dialog box appears when you click the "Mail File Replicas" button the Mail panel of the Register Person - New Entry dialog box. Use this dialog box to specify the servers to which the mail files will replicate.

1. Complete these fields as necessary.

Create mail database replicasChoose this option to add servers to the list of mail database replicas or to remove one or more servers from that list. If the server on which the mail database resides is not a clustered server, this message appears "No cluster mates found for mail server.".
Add ServersThis button is active if the "Create mail database replicas" option is selected. Click "Add Servers" to add one or more servers to the list of servers on which mail databases will be created. Choose from the list of servers that displays, and click OK. The server you select appears in the list.
Remove ServersThis button is active if the "Create mail database replicas" option is selected and the list of servers contains server names. To remove a server from the list, select the server and click Remove Servers.

If no servers have been chosen the Remove Servers button is disabled.

Create mail replicas in backgroundChoose this option if you want the Administration Process to create the mail replicas in the background so that your Domino Administrator client is not busy.
2. Click OK.
