Displaying an additional time zone in Calendar
You can set up Notes to display time slots for an additional time zone in the One Day, Two Day, and One Work Week Calendar formats for any calendar view that is enabled to show time slots. You may want to display two different time zones if you are located in one time zone, but events are created in and geographically occur in a different time zone.

To display an additional time zone

1. Choose File - Preferences - User Preferences.
Macintosh OS X users: Notes - Preferences - User Preferences.

2. Click International - Calendar.

3. (Optional) If you are using an additional time zone, you may enter a label for the primary time zone you use in Calendar in the "Current time zone label" field.


4. Select "Display an additional time zone."

5. Enter a label for the alternate time zone in the "Time zone label" field.

6. Select the time zone using the time zone icon in the "Time zone" field.

7. Click OK.
