Selecting a different printer
When you choose the File - Print command, Notes displays a Print dialog box. Whenever you are in a Print dialog box, you can select the printer where you want to send your print job.

Note If you have no printer installed, consult Help in your operating system for instructions on installation.

To select a printer

1. From the menu, choose File - Print.

The Print dialog box opens to the Printer tab.

2. Select a printer in the Name field of the Printer section.

All the printers you have installed on your computer appear in the list, with the default first. Selecting a printer here does not change the default printer for your computer; that is specified in your operating system software.

3. Click OK to print.

Note The Settings button links to operating system/printer manufacturer-provided printer options; refer to your printer or operating system documentation for more information.

Macintosh users
To select a printer, use the Chooser on the Apple menu.
