To restore archived documents
You can restore full (not reduced) documents from an archive database.
For more information on reduced documents, see Creating or editing a set of archive criteria.
1. In the navigation pane, click Tools, then Archive, and then any set of criteria. The archive database associated with that set opens.
2. Select the documents you want to retrieve.
3. From the menu, choose Edit - Copy or Edit - Cut.
4. Open the database and the view or folder to which you want to restore the archived documents.
5. Choose Edit - Paste to restore the archived documents.
To delete archived documents
1. In the navigation pane, click Tools - Archive and then any set of criteria. The archive database associated with that set opens.
2. Select the documents you want to delete.
3. Click Delete.
Note To see deletions take effect, choose View - Refresh.
Tip You can set the archive to delete documents after an interval you select, by setting up a set of archive criteria for the archive database, and selecting "Just clean up this database without archiving" in the archive criteria for the archive database.
