Upgrading TeamRoom
The 4.x TeamRoom templates are not compatible with later TeamRoom templates. You must upgrade to the 5.x or later design. To replace a 4.x TeamRoom template with the new design:

1. Open the Release 4 TeamRoom database.

2. Select File - Database - Replace Design.

3. Select TeamRoom (5.x or higher) from the list and then click Replace.

4. Close and reopen the database.

Note

In Lotus Notes 6 or later, the database manager must have changed the runtime property of the "Convert TeamRoom 4.1 ..." to "Action menu selection" for you to complete the next step.

5. Select Actions - Convert TeamRoom 4.1 to the new design.
