To change the title of a database
You can change the title of a database that you have stored locally, or a shared database for which you have Manager access. The database title can differ from the database file name. For example, you can have a database with the title "Cara's Work" and its file name could be "cwork.nsf."

1. Open a database.

2. Choose File - Database - Properties.

3. Click the Basics tab.

4. Enter a new title in the Title field.

Note You can change the title of a replica of a database without affecting its ability to replicate changes.
