Documents Style options
The Print Document or Print View dialog box includes the "Documents Style" tab whenever the "Selected documents" option is selected under "What to Print" on the Printer tab. You can use the tab to control how the documents in the view are printed.

The following tables describe the options available to you in the "Documents Style" tab, which contains three different sections:

How To Print Each Document
If you want to...Select...
Print each document on a new page"Print each document on a new page"
Send each document to the printer as a separate print job"Print each document as a separate print job"
Add one blank line between documents"Print continuously with one blank line between documents"
Omit blank line between documents"Print continuously with no blank lines between documents"
Print each document after the previous one on the same page

Note This option is available only for local databases whose design includes form(s) with the "Include in print" option selected. It's useful for printing labels from your Personal Address Book. If you are a roaming user, open the local replica of your address book to use this option.

Format Each Document Using
If you want to...Select...

Page Numbering

These options are available only if "Print each document on a new page" is selected under "How To Print Each Document."
