Lotus Domino Designer 7 adds the following:

Using the LotusScript debugger -- enhancements. You can start and terminate debugging with an icon. Messages go to the status bar rather than a message box.
Debugging java code remotely -- new feature. You can debug Java agents, Web previews, and script libraries running under control of a Notes client JVM (Java Virtual Machine) with a debugger that supports the JPDA (Java Platform Debugger Architecture), such as Eclipse.

Lotus Domino Designer 7 adds the following:

Web services -- Domino supports Web services as defined in the W3C document Web Services Architecture (see http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/NOTE-ws-arch-20040211) with limitations, including: only provider entities are supported; binding must be SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) using HTTP POST and GET protocols.
